How does Business (prepaid) work?
You pay only for what you use at 1¢ per word/character (100 units per $1). Add credits on your Account page in preset amounts ($50, $100, $200) or a custom amount. No subscription—top up whenever you need more.
What are Enterprise and Premium?
Enterprise is the same 1¢ rate but postpaid and invoiced, for larger accounts; availability by inquiry. Premium is 15¢ per word/character with human-in-the-loop support (translation review or agency support); Enterprise customers only, by inquiry.
Do I get any starter credit?
New accounts receive trial credit so you can try Manjiro right away. When you run low, top up from your Account page via secure Stripe payment.
What about confidentiality?
Confidentiality is based on our terms of service for Business. For Enterprise, the same applies and we can also sign an NDA on request.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your documents are handled with enterprise-grade security and encrypted storage. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is not used for AI model training.
What file types are supported?
We support PowerPoint (.pptx), Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), and text (.txt/.md) for document translation, plus in-chat text translation.
