These terms govern use of manjiro.ai and related services (the "Services") provided by Manjiro Labs ("we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

We provide AI-related services that support cross-border business work. Access to the Services may be limited at our discretion.

2. No professional advice

The Services do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Output — including from AI — may contain errors. Review before relying on it for important decisions.

3. Your responsibilities

You represent that you have the right to provide information to the Services and that doing so does not violate others' rights.

4. Mutual respect

We expect professional, respectful communication. We may refuse, limit, or discontinue the Services at our discretion.

5. Fees

Where fees apply, they follow individual agreement or terms we provide. Payments are processed by providers such as Stripe.

6. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
