How does Manjiro.ai's AI translator agent work?

Manjiro.ai uses current-generation language models to translate between Japanese and English with attention to context, tone, and nuance. For documents, supported formats (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, text) are processed with layout and structure in mind. What file formats are supported?

Manjiro.ai supports .pptx (PowerPoint 2007+), .docx (Word), .xlsx (Excel), and plain text. We aim to preserve document structure and formatting where the format allows.

How long does translation take?

Translation time depends on the size and complexity of your presentation. Most presentations are completed within 2-5 minutes. You can track progress in real-time on our status page.

What are the usage limits for each plan?

Is my data secure?

Yes. Submissions are handled in a closed environment on infrastructure we control; production runs in secure U.S. data centers. Your content is not used to train our models and is not provided to model vendors for their training, fine-tuning, or product improvement. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Business has no subscription—you top up credits when needed; unused credits remain in your account. For Enterprise or Premium, billing and changes can be managed via your account or by contacting us.
